International Scientific Forum in Modern Anglistics

Call for participation.

The School of Foreign Languages of Karazin University is happy to invite you to participate in its traditional international scientific forum “Modern Anglistics: Marking the 85th Anniversary of the Department of English Philology” to be held on September 23, 2015.

Forum focus areas:

  1. Status of the English language in the modern communicative space
  2. Discourse types
  3. Cognitive and conceptual aspects of the language and speech
  4. Problems of communicative linguistics
  5. Modern linguodidactic studies
  6. Relevant issues of language units research in the contemporary paradigm of knowledge
  7. Relevant issues of foreign literature and classical philology
  8. Anglistics in the Humanities

Forum languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, and other Western European languages.

Materials submission deadline: August 1, 2015.
